Shipping & Returns Policy
Processing Time
Ukraine: orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
International: orders are processed within 1–10 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Ukraine: delivery takes up to 14 calendar days via Nova Poshta.
International: delivery takes up to 1 calendar month via Nova Post.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on external factors beyond our control (customs, logistics delays, etc.).
Shipping Costs
Ukraine: shipping is paid by the customer upon receiving the parcel according to Nova Poshta rates.
International: shipping cost is calculated and paid at checkout according to Nova Post rates.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order:
- via Nova Poshta website/app (for Ukraine)
- via Nova Post website/app (for international shipping)
Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Made-to-Order Items
Items made to order or customized are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video proof.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
